Charlotte has no crew at all yet, so the people we hire for it are the ones who open it. Either way the work is physical. You're on your feet, on stairs, carrying weight for most of a shift.

Runs the Charlotte branch day to day: the schedule, the crews, the trucks, and the phone call when a job goes sideways.
